A Bit About Pryce!

Here is your chance to own a True Black Jack! This boy was quite the surprise and must have gotten his uncommon color from his Grand Sire, Sunset Acres Rowdy Yates. His nose is darkening so there is a possibility of him being a NLP when mature. We have already begun his training at almost 3 months of age and he is already conquering bridges, teeter totters, small pools, and more… along with picking up his feet and learning how to wait patiently at the hitching post. He should make an excellent show jack and, one day, an amazing Herd Sire.

His Sire, SAMD Murphy, has great conformation and an extremely amazing temperament. Some of Murphy’s pedigree includes Dewey Meadows Valentino, Arrow Creek Hudini, Dewey Meadows Primo, and 25 1/8" N&D’s Lonestar Cowboy’s Baron. Everyone is surprised at how well behaved and level headed he is. We truly believe that his outstanding disposition has been passed onto Pryce. At 4½ years old,Murphy has never shown an ounce of “jack behavior” or aggression. We believe that Pryce will possess these same qualities.

His Dam, KKR Million Dollar Baby, is the own daughter of Sunset Acres Rowdy Yates (sadly now deceased) - who produced many Show Champions. Her pedigree also includes Circle C Little Motown, My World Buster, and Pine Grove Farm’s Peppercorn Jack. For her small size, she is built very correctly but she also has an amazing disposition.

We would keep him if we could but he is to closely related to most of our herd. Don’t miss out on this opportunity. He is an absolute sweetheart, always accompanying you when cleaning his stall, and already wants to please. He will be weaned and ready to go around the end of March. Message or call for more info.

We would like to thank Dayle and Joe Haworth. Joe stayed home, to take care of their donkeys, while Dayle stayed with us for multiple hours! You both are absolutely amazing and we couldn't have done all of this without you!

Also, thank you so much for helping with his photos and videos!!
